Claridge’s Panettone


Made by a small group of bakers from the residency, the panettone is often described as candy floss, light, soft and moussey. The process begins with the all-important mother culture that has been nurtured for over 40 years. Genuine Sicilian fruits are candied in the community, free range eggs and stone milled flour sourced locally are mixed and then proved for 48 hours, finally expertly crafted by hand to produce this incredibly authentic sweet, soft panettone.
